AutoFun SIM A5 Plus (5.5mm, 2026)

Autofun SIM A5 Plus is a polyethylene-foam sound and heat insulation material used as a second layer after vibration-damping treatment on the vehicle floor, wheel-arch areas and boot floor.

Its construction combines polyethylene foam with mounting sealant protected by release paper before installation. Compared with SIM A4, SIM A5 Plus provides 6 dB higher sound insulation.

The closed-cell polyethylene foam base does not absorb moisture.

Layers from the exposed face to the installation side: polyethylene foam, mounting sealant, and anti-adhesive release paper protecting the sealant before installation.

Install as the second layer after vibration-damping treatment on the floor, wheel-arch areas and boot floor. SIM A5 Plus can also be used in moisture-exposed exterior wheel-arch areas. Remove the release paper from the mounting-sealant side before installation.

Products stored in a room at a temperature no higher than +40°C in the horizontal position on a flat surface at a distance of not less than 1 meter from the heating system in the conditions excluding moisture, oils and direct sunlight, stacked no more than 1 meter in height.
