AutoFun VDM M1 HL (1.6mm, 2026)

Autofun VDM M1 HL is a vibration-damping sheet intended for lower-vibration areas such as roofs, doors and boot lids. It helps control panel resonance before additional absorption or insulation materials are selected for the treatment.

The multilayer construction combines a butyl-rubber-based polymer layer, self-adhesive backing and an aluminium foil finish. Its slim profile and flexibility make it a practical option for panel areas where a lower-build-up damping layer suits the installation.

Apply to clean, dry surfaces. Do not install on corroded metal. Prepare and degrease the surface with a suitable cleaner, then allow it to dry completely. Remove the release paper, press the material onto the surface and roll from the centre towards the edges to remove trapped air. Recommended installation temperature: +18 to +35°C.

Material should be stored inside at temperature not higher than +40°С in horizontal position on a flat surface at a distance not less than 1 m from any heating systems; avoid any wet conditions and contacts with oils and direct sun. Do not stack the materials more than 1.2m in height.
