AutoFun VDM M2 HL (2mm, 2026)

Autofun VDM M2 HL is a vibration-damping material for vehicle areas with low to medium vibration loads, including doors, roofs and boot-side panels. It helps reduce panel resonance as part of a practical cabin-comfort or car-audio treatment.

Its flexible butyl-rubber-based polymer layer is combined with a self-adhesive backing and aluminium foil finish. Select this version where its profile and intended panel applications fit the treatment, and add absorption or insulation materials where those separate functions are needed.

Multilayer material with a butyl-rubber-based polymer layer, self-adhesive backing and an aluminium foil finish. Release paper protects the adhesive before installation.

Apply to clean, dry surfaces. Do not install on corroded metal. Prepare and degrease the surface with a suitable cleaner, then allow it to dry completely. Remove the release paper, press the material onto the surface and roll from the centre towards the edges to remove trapped air. Recommended installation temperature: +18 to +35°C.

Material should be stored inside at temperature not higher than +40°С in horizontal position on a flat surface at a distance not less than 1 m from any heating systems; avoid any wet conditions and contacts with oils and direct sun. Do not stack the materials more than 1.2m in height.
